Description
Class Experience
We will meet 2 times per week - request only (2 times per week at the same time) It is always fun when the Teacher reads to the children, but what about a twist. In this private requested 1 on 1 class, the child will read to me - the Teacher. This is an excellent way to practice reading in a small 1 on 1 classroom setting. I will provide the story within a presentation on the screen so that the reading will be easy. The learner will then read the story to me at their pace. The story will be...
Students will improve on their confidence in reading in English. This is a beneficial aspect in life if English is not the mother tongue.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
The student will have a monthly report of their reading skills if the parent would like this.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
I will be sharing books from an igloo books series, as well as other short stories. I also use monkeybooks.com
