Read to Me! Read Aloud Sessions for English Language Learners
In this 4 week course, we will discover new vocabulary, read a new story aloud each week, and complete a fun activity. Reading fluency and comprehension will be the main focus.

Intermediate Level
These 40 minute interactive sessions will enhance reading fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension skills in English language learners by reading various passages and discuss select elements from them. Please see the syllabus for more details about weekly topics. Each class will consist of a warm-up game focusing on vocabulary, reading passages, and a teacher-led discussion. All reading passages will be provided.

We will discuss the importance of reading and read a simple story.

We will practice tone and expression and read a dramatic story or play.

We will talk about how illustrations help our understanding in reading passages and read a story with rich illustrations.
