A variety of reading assessments may be used to identify learner's reading level, reading strengths, and weaknesses. A PDF report is available upon request.Class Experience
US Grade Preschool - 4
Improve your reading skills with one-on-one help. Each class, learner will read to the teacher. Teacher will help with sounding out, context clues, fluency, and comprehension following the science of reading. Teacher will provide instruction and text based on student's Instructional Reading Level. Lessons will be customized to your learners needs and goals. I can formally or informally assess your child's reading skills to determine strengths and weaknesses. I will use this data to drive instruction along with addressing your concerns and goals. This class can continue for a full year or longer as needed. Please contact instructor if you have any questions. I have completed more than 100 sessions of this class with 21 different learners.

Please supply teacher with student's current (within the last 6 months) Instructional Reading Level. If you do not have this information, teacher can assess student and a report can be created for you. (This would require additional time. Please contact teacher for more information.)
