Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Students will improve their phonological awareness, phonics, sight words, and spelling skills.
I have a Master's Degree in Education, Multiple Subject Teacher's Credential, and a Literacy Specialist Credential. I have taught first grade, third grade, and, currently, fourth grade. Before I was in the classroom, I was a Reading Interventionist at an elementary school as well as a reading tutor for PreK - 12th grade.
Students need to read aloud the class story 3 times.

No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Resources and stories will be screen shared and/or presented in video. Kahoot! will be used for our Sight Word's game. A link will be posted in the classroom. No account is needed. Epic Books is optional to use. No account is needed.
