In this reading class, learners will test their mystery-solving skills as they read the first book in the 39 CLUES series, "Maze of Bones" by Rick Riordan. Their reading comprehension will be put to the test as they uncover clues and discover secrets while traveling around the world. Learners will discuss their theories with each other and see who ultimately comes the closest to solving the mystery. We'll pause our conversation occasionally to discuss the meaning of new words as we also add...
Learners should acquire the book, "Maze of Bones" by Rick Riordan in advance of the first class meeting. Kindle versions are acceptable.
