Class Experience

This class is taught in Spanish.
Students will read in Spanish.
Students will talk in Spanish about what they read.
Students will listen to the instructor read and ask questions.
Students will improve their pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, comprehension of content, and deciphering of words in Spanish.
Students will have FUN and will want to learn more.
Optional:  read over the parts of the story out loud or quietly each day or to a family member.
Assessment is Formative.  The goal of formative assessment is to monitor student learning to provide ongoing feedback that can be used by the instructor to improve teaching, the class experience, and for students to improve their learning.
Feedback is positive and encouraging.  Always!
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
