Read Fairy Tales in the Spanish Language
In this course learners will practice reading fairy tales for comprehension. We will talk about the plot, characters and setting of each story and students will draw an illustration or illustrations of the story.

This class is for learners that understand Spanish, but need to improve their reading comprehension skills. Each week we will read together a short fairly tale story. Learners will need to print the story of the week. These stories do not have illustrations. Learners will take turns reading and we will pause at different points to make sure learners understand what is going on. Learners will need one white plain sheet of paper each meeting to draw.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will use the book “28 Bilingual English-Spanish Fairy Tales & Fables” by Adam Beck.
