Class Experience

US Grade 2 - 5
Beginner Level
During this series of fun and interactive lessons, children will learn the French language through drawing, games and conversations. Ms. Colleen is a bilingual (French and English) teacher who has been sharing fun language lessons with children for many years. Her patient and calm teaching style helps children who are new to foreign language learning feel confident and at ease. No prior experience with French is necessary. Each week learners will practice reading and speaking French. We will go slowly and make sure each concept is grasped by the learners. The small class size of each session ensures individual attention for each learner. Printed materials and/or online games will be provided each week to help reinforce what is learned in class. This is not a French Immersion class. Instruction is mostly given in English , but learners are encouraged to speak French as much as they can. Worksheets and vocabulary lists will be provided before each class.
