55 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
In this 55 min class students will begin with introductions. They will have an opportunity to share their remote control car and any tricks they have. If they don’t have a car no problem. Kiddos will get to view a one minute video of rc cars and then work through a guided discussion. Rock Crawlers, fast cars, dune buggies all cars are welcome! Those who have worked them hands on or watched from a distance. Students will also have an opportunity to design a track or car shell. This is a great and safe opportunity for students to share and learn about a great hobby.

Hello! My name is Ms. Colleen and I am so excited to so many learning adventures! I love teaching students about reading and organization and executive functioning skills, but I also know learning has to be FUN! I am always interested in new ideas for classes. I have been a teacher for the past 15 years and have taught a variety of areas. I currently teach reading intervention but in the past I have taught elementary school, preschool and reading tutoring. I believe that we are all lifelong learners. I think that the best way to learn is through fun and relationships. As a parent myself to two boys ages 3 and 5, I know that making a connection and creating memories is one of the best recipes for learning.
