Learning goals are also things to remember: 1. Read the instructions completely through. 2. Set out all of the utensils and ingredients you need for the recipe. 3. Practice measuring the ingredients using the appropriate kitchen tools. 4. Follow the directions to prepare the Raw Milk. 5. Follow the directions to prepare the Almond Egg Nog (**Holiday Recipe)

If your child is allergic to any of these food items, please let me know to see if there may be another natural substitute for the food item they're sensitive to. FOR SAFETY PURPOSES please have your student use a plastic knife (serrated edge knife) for cutting the ingredients. If an adult is available to assist them with the use of a regular cutting implement, that is an acceptable solution.***
