In this course, students will be given guided practice problems to write ratios, find equivalent ratios, and fill in ratio tables. This should not be the student's first exposure to this mathematical operation. Students will be given immediate feedback, guided error correction, and reteaching as needed during the class. Strategies such as using visual models to find answers will be demonstrated as needed. Students should have a good understanding of writing equivalent fractions and multiplication/division facts before taking this class.
