Class Experience
In this class, learners will get the chance to have 1:1 vocal coaching from a professional musical theatre performer. The class will begin with a vocal warm-up, in which I will walk through and explain every step, so that learners feel comfortable doing their own warm-ups outside of class, should they need to. Throughout, we will talk about important singing techniques and strategies, including breathing, style, range, intonation, and more. Then, the learner will get the chance to work on a...
Students will develop their skills and technique in the art of singing, while also gaining confidence!
I have performed in roughly 40 musicals, both amateur and professional. I have gained vocal training from various programs and esteemed vocal teachers. I have performed in a band on several occasions. I have also worked as a singing, dancing, and acting coach for over 8 years to youth ages 4-18 years old!
It would be ideal for students to have a secondary device to play music from when they are singing!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
