Description
Class Experience
I am a highly experienced and actively certified School Library Media Technology Specialist (PreK-12th grade), certified English Language Arts teacher, certified TVI, homeschool educator, and a Minecraft and Roblox gamer. I also have a Master of Science: Curriculum and Instruction VI degree. I also have a Minecraft Education Edition certification. I continuously seek to be inclusive and empowering towards every learner in every class. I have beat this game (survived) over 80 times now myself.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This is a one-time discussion club for learners who love or are curious about playing the Roblox game Rainbow Friends. This game is a team achievement treasure hunt on a horror type map that contains dark map areas and jump scares from cartoon, color coded characters that try to get a player out while the player is working strategically with a team of others. We are not gaming in this class. Gamer tags are not shared. A Roblox account is not needed. It is recommended that you and your learner preview the game before taking this class to make sure this game discussion class is a great fit.
