Learners will have fun using the 7 colors of the rainbow while practicing coloring and playing games with unicorns.

Students will become familiar with which colors appear in the rainbow and enjoy coloring rainbows and unicorns with these 7 rainbow colors. 

Coloring is known for stimulating creativity, improving motor skills, reducing stress, develops focus and encourages self expression!

Students will sing a song about the colors of the rainbow. Then they will introduce themselves and say what colors they see on the unicorns they brought with...

Students will improve their understanding of which colors are in the rainbow and practice using each color. They will practice their coloring skills by using the provided unicorn rainbow coloring sheets.

I am an artist who enjoys painting. My Grammy was a professional art teacher and artist and taught me how to paint. I'm excited to help young learners practice coloring unicorns and rainbows using the colors of the rainbow.

  1 file available upon enrollmentPlease bring crayons, markers or colored pencils to class.
I will provide a pdf of printable unicorn rainbow coloring sheets for your learner to bring with them to class. (Or use the pdf digitally on your ipad and color it via the ipad).
Each learner may bring one or two unicorns with them to class for show and tell (can be a stuffed unicorn, unicorn statue, or other type of unicorn they may have).

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

pdf coloring sheets will be provided for students to print out before class. Please bring markers, crayons or colored pencils to class. *Alternative: the pdf's can be used on an ipad (with or without an apple pencil) and students can color that way instead of having to print the coloring pages if you do not have a printer.
