Class Experience
This three day art camp is for young learners that love rainbows! We will be combining crayons, markers and watercolor paints to create three amazing artworks. My goal is to help your young artist become more confident using a variety of art mediums. I allow plenty of room for learners to make their own creative decisions, this is what builds their confidence as artists. I have been an art educator for over 25 years. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Art Education (K-12) from the University of Central Oklahoma. I have taught in public schools, private schools, as well as homeschool co-op groups and private lessons. I am an Outschool ACE Educator and have been teaching on the Outschool platform since August of 2021.
*Watercolor paper (any size) *I demonstrate on 9x12 watercolor paper *Pencil *Eraser *Watercolor paints *Paintbrushes (2 or 3): large flat brush & fine point brush **a medium brush is optional *Crayons or oil pastels *A pack of WATER-BASED markers (Crayola classic 10 pack is great) *Cup of water *Ruler (or straight edge)
2 hours per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
