In this one-time class, students will meet and learn about our beautiful real, live rabbits Jasper & Jemima. There are many myths about what rabbits should eat and children will learn about which foods are healthy for rabbits and which foods aren't and the reasons why. This lesson is full of fun for our little learners - they will be able to watch our rabbits play, we will play the 'rabbit food memory game' and at the end of the lesson we will have a short quiz and watch our rabbits enjoying...
Children will learn about our rabbits, which foods are healthy for them and which foods are unhealthy, and the reasons why.
No homework, but an activity sheet will be uploaded to the classroom for students to make use of either before or after the session if they wish.
No materials necessary, but learners are invited to show us some food they think rabbits would enjoy. Alternatively, why not learn a fun rabbit fact to share with the class!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
