In this five-day quilting class, students will learn how to make a quilt from cutting the fabric to putting it all together. Each day a new skill will be introduced and practiced. We will be working on a simple block-based quilt. Multiple color options are given so learners can personalize the quilt to his/her liking. This is a participation class where learners will see a demonstration and then complete it his/herself. ***Important!*** Learners must know how to use a sewing machine...
Learners will have to complete any classwork that was not finished in class.
A supply list will be provided upon registration.
4 hours 35 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Learners will be using a sewing machine and iron.
