I am happy to introduce your learner to the beautiful art form of quilling! This is a one-time class to introduce students to the basic quilling shapes and how to make a cloud. The basic quilling shapes that will be taught are tight coil, loose coil, and open coil. This is a relaxing form of art and students will take pride in their finished piece. When I learned this art form in the 1990's, my school did not have any of the fancy quilling tools. We used construction paper and pencils for curling the paper. True quilling tools may be used, but are not required for this beginner class. Also, no prior knowledge or experience of quilling is required. This one-time class is perfect for seeing if your learner is interested in this art form.
