Students may choose to make a candy cane ornament or card in this one-time quilling class. This class is perfect for a first time quiller. Students will feel proud of their finished product and they can give it as a Christmas gift! Students may wear their Santa hat or Christmas pajamas to class.

🎄🎅❄️🎄🎅❄️🎄🎅❄️

The quilling shapes taught in this class are the tight and loose coil.

*If your learner is already enrolled in my ongoing Quilling Club, it will not be necessary to enroll in this one-time class. Candy canes will be one of our November or December Quilling Club projects.

This is a relaxing art form that is sure to put your learner into the Christmas spirit!

🌟This class is also offered as a FLEXible recorded class if your learners isn't available to meet for a live class.🌟

If your learner has quilling tools, that is great, but it's not required for this class!

If you do decide to order your learner a quilling tool set, I would like to suggest this one that I purchased from Amazon for around $17.

Hello from the U.S.A.! Specializing in Quilling and Science classes, I offer a variety of one-time, multi-day, and ongoing classes. Graduating college with a degree in Early Childhood Education has allowed me to teach children, ages 4-12. My master's is in Counseling. I believe that the combination of my bachelor's and master's work, as well as my soft skills make me a patient, kind, and loving teacher.

The emotional well-being of students always comes first. I strive to give my learners an atmosphere where learning feels comfortable and never stressful. My experience as a mother of three has taught me much about how children learn best. I strive to provide exactly that perfect learning atmosphere in my online classes.

My strength areas are:

-Cross-Cultural Communication:
Having lived and traveled extensively abroad, I enjoy meeting and teaching students all over the world!

-S.T.E.A.M.:
I'm very passionate about S.T.E.A.M. education, especially Science and Art! These subjects are incorporated often into my classes.

-Scaffolding:
I constantly evaluate the progress of my students and adjust my teaching to meet their needs.

-Student Encouragement:
Celebrating wins with students is my delight! I want them to know that I am happy to help them learn and I want them to succeed!

My hobbies include kayaking, swimming, and quilling paper art. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family at Lake Hartwell, Georgia, U.S.A., where I live with my husband, three children, and our bordoodle Princess. I hope to teach your learner soon!
