Class experience
Many learners need movement during the day. Sitting in one place can be very difficult for most people! I know it sure is for me. This is a quick 15 minute class where you learner can just take a break and have some fun! We will do basic movements, no routines that are long or hard to follow. We will hop, run on the spot, jump, swim, all while playing games in class. Week of September 10th: Quick! I see a bear! Oh no, the floor is Lava! Week of September 17th: Quick! I see a Lion! Oh no!...
I love to move! You can frequently find me running, swimming, biking, lifting weights, and walking! I incorporate exercise into my life everyday. I find this helps me focus on my family, my teaching, my crafting, and my life!
Safety is top priority! Please ensure your learner has an open workout space, proper footwear, and a water bottle. We will be doing some minor stretching beforehand, but if your learner can stretch before class, that would be great! Injuries can occur if the learner is not properly supervised, so please ensure you make an informed decision on whether this class is a good fit!
