Quick moving class with timers and instruction to get messy spaces under control and keep tidy spaces tidy!
Class Experience
Learners will be coached through a short series of tasks quickly to get their messy spaces under better control and keep tidy spaces from getting out of control! Learners should come ready to work - with a garbage bag and donations box (or bag) ready to use! We will do tasks together in real time, and learners will be encouraged to share their progress and successes through brief check-ins between tasks. This session will be fast paced, but low stress. We’ll have some fun and get stuff done!
I am a public school teacher with an ADHD diagnosis. I have chosen to focus on coaching the tutoring life skills for kids who struggle with executive function due to my own lived experience and my experience as a public school teacher.
This class is open to all learners. It will work well for students who struggle with executive function or get easily overwhelmed. Teacher has ADHD diagnosis and shares strategies that tend to work well for those with the same diagnosis.
Garbage bags, recycling supplies and a donations bin or bag are recommended.
