Description
Class Experience
Diversity, representation, and increased visibility of marginalized populations allows future scientists to have a greater variety of potential role models. Learners will explore the amazing scientific achievements of scientists from the LGBTQIA+ community as well as the challenges many of them had to overcome.
1 file available upon enrollmentA supply list for all four weeks will be provided upon enrollment. I aim to use supplies that many learners can find around their home -- like markers, paper, etc. For supplies that are not common household items, I aim to keep the cost under $5 per week. I will always provide an alternative option that only uses common household items to accodate all learners.
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
