Homework
1 hour per week. Students will have an activity or exercise to complete after the instructor presents the session materials. The activity or exercise may be completed during class if time permits. Otherwise, it will be completed after each class. In this class, learners will be asked to code many Python programs to apply some of the principles taught in class.
Assessment
Students will be assessed based on the completion of the Python program they code after each session.

Class Experience

This is a six-session hands-on class, meaning the instructor will explain Python programming concepts/codes and guide the students to coding programs using Python. Students will learn how to identify program errors and debug them along the way, which is very important. The course will start from the very beginning on getting familiar with Python and moving on from simple coding to more complex coding.  

After each class, learners will complete a short Python programming activity or exercise to enhance the learning process. The activity or exercise may be completed during class if time permits. Overall, learners will get ample practice in coding Python programs.
