Class Experience

I try to educate students about a healthy lifestyle while having fun. Exercising 20 minutes, 3 times a week is more than enough to change your life forever.
Water is suggested.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
In this class, students will perform a lot of jumps and hops. Shoes are not required but would help the students with injury prevention. 

They will also need small area (6 square feet should be enough) to perform the exercises. The class can be done both indoor or outdoor.
