Description

Class Experience

The learner will gain greater confidence in creating a voice, personality and characterization for their puppets that will translate to a more satisfying and entertaining experience for their audience.
The only assignment will be to continue practicing what the student learned in creating a more entertaining and satisfying voice and characterization for every puppet they choose.
Learners will be encouraged to bring a puppet to class that they would like to share and vocally experiment with.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
This class will be as informal as possible, the enjoyment and experimentation in choosing a voice and character for their puppet will be evaluated throughout the three classes in a fun and encouraging way. The goal is that every time the student picks up their puppet, they will know who that puppet is, what they sound like and how they react to different situations.
2 hours 45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
