Love puppets? Me, too! Join professional puppeteer, Heidi Rugg, for a weekly Puppet Club meet up. We gather to talk puppets and share projects that we have been working on in a supportive environment. There is so much to explore in puppetry -- rod puppets, hand puppets, marionettes, water-puppets, shadow puppets, and MORE. We will be guided by the interests, questions, and curiosity of our participants. Show & tell is always encouraged! We hope you will join the fun.
No required homework, but learners are invited to make suggestions for further discussions, ask questions, share projects, and participate to the degree that they feel comfortable.
Any classes requiring additional materials will receive ample notification. Materials will generally involve things like glue sticks, construction paper, and scissors.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Video clips may be shared in context with the topic or theme for each week.
