Let's dive into silly sentences while learning about punctuation and grammatical rules without the "lecture" or textbook. This is the perfect introduction to the basic rules, homonym distinctions and little punctuation pieces that we take for granted. We will discuss the basics of punctuation and conveying meaning in a sentence. This class will use a variety of tools to engage students in interactive lessons that will include photos, videos, matching activities, and even interactive games! Your learner will be having fun and learning along the way! The class topics, depending on students, could cover the following: Basics of a sentence (capitalization, nouns and verbs) Adjectives and types of Adjectives - Normative, Comparative, Superlative End Marks (periods/full stops, exclamations, question marks) & Homonyms Quotation marks Contractions & Apostrophes Please be sure to go to PROFILE and choose EMAIL SETTINGS and then TURN ON class notifications in case I have to notify you of a change or cancellation. REQUIREMENT: All learners need to turn on camera for class.
