Hi, I'm Elizabeth Green! I have a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and a career in communications.
If you had told my family this when I was a child, they would have laughed. I was extremely shy and anxious about talking to strangers, the idea of public speaking would make me sick.
However, I had that one teacher who guided me out of my head when it came to presenting speeches. Even though it still made me nervous, I was able to do it and do it well.
This led me to participate in competitive public speaking where I won numerous awards and scholarships. It also prompted me to pursue a career in Broadcast Journalism. I worked as a news anchor and producer after graduating before moving to corporate communications. Now, I've found my purpose in helping kids around the world find their own confidence in communicating at a young age - with the goal of creating confidence in our future, one voice at a time.
