What will be taught? This class focuses on: Developing confidence in public speaking. Structuring speeches and arguments effectively. Using persuasive techniques to captivate an audience. Practicing debate formats and strategies. Managing stage fright and speaking anxiety. Class Structure: Each week, students will explore a new public speaking or debate topic through: Skill-building lessons: Covering techniques such as tone, body language, and argumentation. Practice sessions: Students will prepare and present short speeches or debate on fun, age-appropriate topics. Interactive feedback: Personalized guidance to improve delivery and engagement. Teaching Style: My approach is dynamic, supportive, and interactive. I incorporate games, role-playing, and real-world scenarios to make learning engaging and practical. Interaction and Engagement: Learners will actively participate in discussions, practice speeches, and group debates.
