Class Experience

Students will learn biological, cognitive, and social explanations for performance anxiety.
Students will be able to apply their knowledge to music performance anxiety.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
The topic of anxiety will be discussed in class, from an academic perspective. Students who have experience of (performance) anxiety are welcome to share aspects of their experience if they feel comfortable doing so and if it helps them to illustrate a point in discussion, however, they are NOT required to share any personal experiences.
