Description
Class Experience
I graduated college with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. I then got a masters in Educational technology. My graduate research focuses on technology and mental disorders, with a focus on autism. Since then I have worked as a teacher with special education training and trained on working with kids with an aggressive background due to mental disorders. I enjoy learning more and more about psychology and the power of our minds.
Students will have a handout/guide they can print and fill out as we go.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
No real guidance but will talk about disorders that could be triggering for some students who are currently going through hard times or have been diagnosed with a disorder.
