In this course, students will learn ten new words weekly. They will employ context clues to ascertain the meanings of the words. Subsequently, they will compose sentences incorporating the new vocabulary. Additionally, students must read a passage akin to those in SAT practice exams, featuring a bonus word and related question. *Note: The vocabulary lists comprise words commonly found on the SAT/PSAT exams.
Classes conclude with a Blooket/Gimkit game. Time permitting, a Jeopardy-style quiz or Vocabulary Jam may be played.

Please note: students will receive a Kahoot game during the week to practice the ten words.
