Description

Class Experience

I am going to teach students how to solve math questions on a PSAT National Merit Math Practice Test.  The topics include decimal, percentage, ratios, graphs, fractions, geometry, measurement and data representation, Algebra I, Algebra II and Statistics.

This one-time class will contain 40 mins of lecture time and then 10 mins of students' activities.
My teaching style is start with explanation of the math concepts involved.  Afterwards, I will show on the virtual white board how to actually...

I have a B.S. in Math from SUNY-Binghamton and M.A. in Economics from Ohio State University.  I achieved a 99th percentile score on GRE quantitative reasoning section.

Bring pen, note pad and calculator.

50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
