PLEASE PRINT OUT MATERIALS IN FILES PRIOR TO COMING TO CLASS! Writing a paragraph can be very challenging to young writers. When writing a paragraph, it should be organized so a reader can understand what the writer is trying to say. Students will learn that a paragraph is made up of a group of sentences that tell about one main idea, and how to organize these sentences into an eight sentence paragraph. Daily lessons are subject to change depending on students ages and ability attending classes.
Learning Goals
Students will improve their understanding of how to write a well crafted, organized, eight sentence paragraph.
