Students will learn how to use and understand pronouns and homophones (its vs it's, your vs you're, there vs their vs they're) in a fun and interactive classroom environment. The class is structured to enable students to video chat and write with the teacher, and will include exercises to practice first hand. During the first 5 minutes of class, the teacher will build a rapport with students and briefly discuss the course material. The next 25 minutes of class will be dedicated to discussing the purpose of understanding and using its vs it's, your vs you're, there vs their vs they're. The next 5-10 minutes will allow students to practice with each word. The final 5-10 minutes of class will be dedicated to reviewing and wrapping up the lesson with any questions that students may have.
Learning Goals
Students will learn the concepts of pronouns and homophones specific to the words its vs it's, your vs you're, there vs their vs they're. The class will educate students the meaning of each form of the words, and how to use the words correctly in a sentence. In doing so, students will learn how to express their thoughts accurately when writing.Other Details

The teacher will provide exercises, handouts, and slides discussing course material.
