Class experience
Emoji and LOL's are a part of most normal text and messaging conversations nowadays, but they have no place in professional communication. In this class, we will learn about email etiquette and common mistakes. Each student will then write their own formal email to be used in situations such as contacting a supervisor at work, or contacting an instructor or professor.
Students will learn proper email etiquette, common mistakes and how to write a formal email message for future use.
I am a former Youth Work Development Specialist and spent 5 years as an adjunct college instructor teaching college/work success skills.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
