Description
Class Experience
Do you love to create in Procreate, but wish you could add text- that you just loved? Join me in this 8 week class, where we will practice together weekly, and you will be provided with practice worksheets for homework. I promise that in this case, "practice makes perfect"- will ring true with your faux calligraphy! I assume an understanding of Procreate for this class, and the student's ability to navigate through UI. If your student is a beginner, please look at my "Intro to Procreate"...
To master faux calligraphy, both script and print, on the iPad, through the Procreate app.
Weekly homework is essential and will be provided!
2 files available upon enrollmentIpad and Procreate. An iPhone and Pocket Procreate will work as well. Best results will be achieved with an Apple Pencil - but...if you don't have one- I will teach you how to trace over the letters and add extra thickness to the thick areas to imitate brush lettering!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
