Interested in diving further into the incredible tools that the Procreate app for iPad has to offer? Do you prefer or need the flexibility of watching pre-recorded lessons in your free time to complete such an awesome project at your own pace? Love designing rooms in video games and/or interested in Interior Design? Then look no further, this is the Self Paced class for you!

This Procreate digital art class is a great match for *experienced* Procreate artists! It's perfect for you if you love to draw, and need inspiration and/or want to develop your digital art skills. There will be No Live Instructions, but if you need further assistance with something you are welcome to ask me in a private message or post your question to the discussion board. Questions are always welcome and encouraged!

You will follow along to my 4 step-by-step prerecorded lesson videos to complete one incredibly interesting and complex project over four weeks OR totally at your own pace! You may complete the project I demonstrate exactly as I do OR use the skills and techniques you have learned as inspiration to create a unique project of your own. I love when learners are inspired to make these projects uniquely theirs! You will upload your completed project to the Classroom Discussion Board and tell me what challenges you faced and overcame, as well as the process you used. :)

 Video 1/4: In this lesson video, I demonstrate how to set up the Isometric Grid and begin sketching the Room, Windows, & Furniture.

Unit 2: Initial Sketch & Line Work of Extra Elements

Lesson 2:

Initial Sketch & Line Work of Extra Elements [the "stuff" in your dream room]

 Video 2/4: In this lesson video, I demonstrate how to sketch the "stuff" on / in the Furniture.

Unit 3: Color Blocking All Elements

Lesson 3:

Color Blocking All Elements

 Video 3/4: In this lesson video, I demonstrate a technique called "color blocking," which is adding the flat color to everything prior to Textures, Shading, & Highlighting.

Unit 4: Shading & Highlighting

Lesson 4:

Shading & Highlighting [PLUS any pets and/or characters that YOU decide to add.]

 Video 4/4: In this lesson video, I demonstrate how to add Shading, Highlighting, then additional/optional Characters (the "Free Draw" element).

Parental Guidance

PROCREATE DRAWING APP During this Self Paced course, we will be creating digital art using the Procreate application for iPad. This is a third-party app that will need to be downloaded onto the Learner's iPad. You will not need to create an account to use this application, as your Procreate data is linked to your iPad and your Apple ID. YOUTUBE My pre-recorded Lesson Videos will be included in the Outschool classroom as an embedded link, so learners can remain on the Outschool platform and do not need to access the Youtube website.

*For lessons that include "Procreate" in the description, the application is a requirement of the class.
Except for 2D Animation Club, if a learner is confident in another animation application they may choose to join with it. However, I will not be troubleshooting other apps during these lessons.
