In this course, students will be given guided practice problems to determine probability and to make predictions based on probability. This should not be the student's first exposure to this mathematical operation. Students will be given immediate feedback, guided error correction, and reteaching as needed during the class. Strategies such as using visual models to find answers will be demonstrated as needed. Students should have a good understanding of writing equivalent fractions and converting between percent and fractions before attending this class. Please schedule sessions carefully, as missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded.
