In this 30-minute voice class learners will warm-up, learn about the physicality of the voice and work on songs of their choosing. Nothing is off-limits from Disney, to classical to Broadway. I am a professional actress who has sung for thousands of people across the country. I love to teach and this class merges both of my passions, performance and teaching!

We will cover a variety of topics including the biology of singing, breathing techniques, the different vocal "placements", how vowels and consonants affect our singing and a discussion of how we can use story telling through our singing. 

Since this is a private class, I follow the guidelines OS provides for learner lateness:
"If your learner has not joined the meeting 10 minutes after the class’s start time, the meeting may be cancelled, at the teacher’s discretion. This is considered a missed meeting and you are not entitled to a refund."

I will record piano accompaniment for each song we work on and send it to the learner. The learner will stop and start the recording as needed during the lesson, preventing any sound delay over zoom. I have taught hundreds of voice lessons over Zoom during the pandemic and have found a tried and true way to make the sound syncing work!
