US Grade Kindergarten - 12
Beginner - Advanced Level
In this 30-minute voice class learners will warm-up, learn about the physicality of the voice and work on songs of their choosing. Nothing is off-limits from Disney, to classical to Broadway. I am a professional actress who has sung for thousands of people across the country. I love to teach and this class merges both of my passions, performance and teaching! We will cover a variety of topics including the biology of singing, breathing techniques, the different vocal "placements", how vowels...
Learners will walk away with more control of their voice, the skills to control their breath and physicality while singing, and lots of new songs they've learned to perform. Riffing, belting, operatic technique and music reading will be included in this class. Learners will further understand the biology of their voice, how breath affects our voice and confidence. Learners will be able to more easily access the full range of their voice in a healthy way. #confidence
Learners will need a second device (phone, iPad) to play recorded music through. They will need to stop and start the recording at various times.
