Private Ukulele Lessons (Beginner to Intermediate)

No experience needed!!!!

One on one we will learn ukulele basics, chords, and theory. Each class will start with a review (if applicable), an introduction of our new concept, and end with playing a song together. Two times a year I will offer a private recital time for all students, but those events are completely optional. Students will unmute their mics when the teacher is listening to correct tuning and chord playing. Camera access is required for teaching purposes. 

This is a stress free course for learners of all ages. I offer this class to students ages 6 through 18, but outschool policy only allows listing for a 5 year gap.

Some of the things we will learn are similar to what is found in my beginner ukulele camp course. (Sample schedule below)
Week 1 - Learn how to hold, tune, and play open strings on the ukulele. 
Week 2 - Review week 1 materials and learn chords C and F.
Week 3 - Review chords C and F and learn how to change between the two. You even get to play a popular song!
Week 4 - Learn G7 chord and how to switch between the 3 different chords. 
Week 5 - Learn how to play your first ukulele song!!!
Week 6 - Review song learned and learn how to find songs using just these 3 chords. 

We will learn new skills based on the learners needs.
