If you are looking to start or continue learning the ukulele, I offer ukulele lessons for all levels and ages. Students will learn the essential elements of ukelele playing and music theory, all while learning pieces that fit their musical preference! The ukulele lessons can be set up for any length of time, weekly, twice per week, or biweekly. Students should bring to each session their ukulele, music, a notebook, and a pencil. This class is ongoing; therefore, you can start at any time...
Through satisfactory completion of the lessons, students will: 1. Be able to perform basic repertoire 2. Perform with proper posture and positions 3. Demonstrate proper functional motions of the left hand and fingers 4. Learn music theory 5. Learn Ukulele chords 6. Learn how to play Fingerstyle Ukulele
In order to have rapid progress, learners are encouraged to practice for a minimum of 10 min per day outside of private lessons.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
