Beginner - Intermediate Level
In our one on one ukulele class, learners will be taught a variety of different ukulele skills and songs, based on their skills and interests. The topics covered within our class will be based on each learner. Topics include: - How to tune your Ukulele - The different parts of a ukulele - How to play different chords on the ukulele - Strumming patterns - How to play specific songs on the ukulele During our first meeting, your learner and I will get an idea of where their skill level lies. From there, we will determine what their goals are in learning new songs, strumming patterns, and chords.

Pre-Requisites
No prerequisites are required for this course! As long as you have a ukulele, I would love to have you join me for a session :)

I graduated with a bachelor's in Psychology, specifically focused on adolescent Psychology. Bringing this information into my classrooms helps me to connect with the students, grow their social abilities, understand where they are within their formative years, and create a more inviting and safe environment for every student to learn.
I have a bubbly, bright, and fun personality, and I love to spend time connecting with kids to help them grow. It is one of my greatest joys to get to teach. Teaching music classes is near to my heart, as I remember being a young student eager to learn more about the very thing I loved most, music.
