Description
Class Experience
I earned my BA in English from Washington University, and two Masters degrees in the Education field from Brown University and The George Washington University. I have taught writing to learners in K-12 for over a decade in non-formal settings such as afterschool tutoring and weekend enrichment programs. In Hillsborough County, Florida, I was nominated at the SERVE Tutor of the year in 2012. I have also published poetry, magazine articles, and academic book chapters.
Notebook and pencil/paper.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
