I want to help your child thrive in Reading! In each private tutoring session, I will assist your child in the areas of reading where they struggle the most.
Class experience
In this private tutoring session, I will help your child practice and grow in their reading fluency and comprehension. Please let me know how I can best assist your child, and I will craft lessons that focus on their areas of need. During my first meeting with your child, I will have them practice reading from different books to see where they are, then I will choose books to read with them during each session that are appropriate for their reading level and will challenge them as they grow...
Students do not need any materials for these tutoring sessions. However, having a piece of paper and pencil nearby for writing things down may be helpful.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Please be aware that students will be required to read books from the screen, which I will share over Zoom.
We will be reading online books from Epic!, which I will share on my screen.
