Welcome to our elementary social studies tutoring class, where learning about the world becomes a captivating and interactive adventure. Our curriculum is designed to make social studies come alive for elementary students. We use multimedia resources, virtual field trips, and interactive discussions to explore civics, economics, and geography. Our classes incorporate hands-on activities that students can easily replicate at home. These activities are designed to enhance understanding and make learning social studies a tangible experience. The teachers will prepare tailored lessons and activities based on your child's needs and the topic you want to cover. This could range from community, citizenship, types of government, continents, countries, saving, spending, and more! With this class, elementary social studies becomes an exciting journey of exploration and discovery, fostering a lifelong love for it. The engaging, fun, and interactive nature of the class ensures that students not only learn social studies, but also enjoy the process of learning it. Homework and assessments are given upon request. **This class is for private teaching 1 on 1 with your students. This class is made available for parents who believe their child would do best with learning directly with the teacher. We offer scheduling and time flexibility for all parents to customize the learning plan for their child. We do like to have a meetup with parents and student prior to commitment so we can make sure we are a match. If you would like a meetup please sign up. Your first class will be for us to see where your child is academically and for us to ask you some questions to make sure that we design the perfect curriculum for your child moving forward. This class is full of fun and imagination. Students will learn whatever they are needing in the subject of Social Studies. We ask parents to reach out the day you sign up to let us know what you would like to work on. Each child needs different things.
Learning Goals
Students will improve their social studies knowledge.
