We will work on any math material that you need help with. I can help with any material in subjects Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus. 

I will analyze the student's understanding of the problem at hand as well as their math foundation- identifying any gaps in their learning. After we work on the problem provided, I can provide additional example problems to ensure understanding.  It's like practicing riding a bike with training wheels- they get so excited once the training wheels come off!

When I am tutoring, I ask a lot of leading questions- I want to know HOW the student is thinking about the problem. This helps me direct my instruction to fill the gaps in the student's understanding. Students LOVE it when things FINALLY make sense!

During our tutoring sessions, we will be in a video call and primarily use the whiteboard feature to work on problems together. Occasionally we will screenshare and use a graphing calculator or other visual aids as necessary. I can provide many different approaches to match the student's learning style.
