1-2 hours per week. Learners will be assigned worksheets and vocabulary games for practice between classes.Class Experience
This on-going course is designed for private tutoring students to come with any help they need learning Latin, Ancient Greek, and the history of the ancient Greeks and Romans. Individual lessons are tailored and created by me for students each week. Each student receives individualized attention, instruction, and a learning plan that best suits their learning styles. A shared Google Slides document will be created and used in class to enhance the learning process. These classes are scheduled on a weekly basis for 4 weeks at a time. Please message Magistra Debbie if you prefer additional classes each week or for a different length of time. Private tutoring is very adaptable and is highly student led. If a student is seeking help in a subject they are taking in school then we work on areas that need strengthen. Lessons are individually created and based on parent educational goals as well as student abilities and interests. This is also a place where students can have one-on-one instruction for the topics mentioned above. Each week I assign “goals” to be completed, activities for practice and a custom lesson. Ancient History contains elements of war and slavery. These topics will be taught at an age appropriate level.
