US Grade Kindergarten - 4
This class is designed for Kinder-3rd grade students who are struggling with foundational literacy skills. The first meeting will be an assessment to determine what skills the student will be focusing on. Each session after that will be tailor made for the student. Those classes will follow this structure: 1 Minutes: Welcome and go over the plan for the day 3 Minutes: Skill review and practice 20 Minutes: Skill practice and reading 4 Minutes: Sight Word or Vocabulary review 1 Minute: Wrap up Schedule: Each Week: Introduction and Assessment or Individualized Lesson for Enrolled Learner Refund Note: 1. If a schedule change is needed for a one time event, I need to know by the Saturday before because I fill in my gaps with last minute one time classes. 2. If a permanent change is needed I will need a 2 week notice. 3. If your learner is unable to attend a class, a full refund will be given if you let me know 24 hours in advance. A 50% refund between 24 hours and 6 hours before. After that I am unable to give a refund.

The student will gain the foundational literacy skills needed to improve their reading proficiency and have confidence in themselves.

This position included many hours of training and professional development in areas such as: assessment, intervention, teaching, tutoring, data analysis, lesson planning, and other essential tools.
