Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Student will strengthen their reading comprehension and fluency skills through fun and engaging reading practice. 
This class is for students who are struggling with reading and could use more personalized help. 
Homework- I will assign a short passage from the workbook to be completed independently each week and we will go over the answers in the following class.  
A copy of the (Skill Builders Reading Comprehension Workbook- Carson Dellosa) -- Choose book based on grade level. Book can be purchased on Amazon, Carson Dellosa Website or Ebay-$ 4.99
Class# one will involve a short reading assessment. The purpose of the reading assessment is to gauge students' strengths, as well as areas where the student might need extra support in the form of additional supplemental material. 
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
